[Tuition Reimbursement]  - It is Bell's intention to assist employees to help further their formal education. The agency will reimburse both for tuition and text book expenses, contingent upon availability of excess service credits, which are distributed annually. Employee Training Opportunities

Bell offers regular trainings to educate and empower its employees. From new hire orientation to first aid training and monthly middle management meetings, employees receive support to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities, providing quality services to our consumers.

Employee of the Month

Bell Socialization Services celebrates the unique contributions of each individual in our staff "family," and each month the department directors recognize an employee who has shown exemplary service and dedication to our mission.

Bell's Employee-of-the-Month for JUNE is: Tammy Grivette, Residential Service Worker at our mental retardation group home on Irishtown Road.

Bell's Employee-of-the-Month for MAY is: Nan O'Shea, Program Coordinator of Bell's Adult Training Facility at the Brethren Home in New Oxford.
