TEP (Transitional Employment Program)...
This program provides groups and individual counseling sessions to help consumers prepare for employment. Individuals can learn food service, janitorial, office or lawn care skills by participating in Bell's contracted worksites. A workers' support group is available in this program.
SEP (Supported Employment Program)...
This program, run in partnership with the ARC of York County under the name of Penn Employment, provides job coaching services to consumers. A job coach will assist in every aspect of employment from evaluation of suitable jobs to seeking, obtaining and maintaining a job. |
