The event shares stories of all you made possible in the past year, PLUS the announcement of our annual awards , recognizing individuals and groups advancing Bell’s mission and Empowering lives. Every. Day.
2020 special guest speaker: Father Greg Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries, the largest and most successful gang-intervention, rehabilitation, and re-entry program in the world.
Father Greg is the author of the 2010 New York Times-bestseller Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion. His 2017 book is the Los Angeles Times-bestseller Barking to the Choir: The Power of Radical Kinship.
He has received the California Peace Prize and been inducted into the California Hall of Fame. In 2014, the White House named Father Boyle a Champion of Change. He received the University of Notre Dame’s 2017 Laetare Medal, the oldest honor given to American Catholics.

Bell’s 2020 Annual Celebration is an online event, by reservation only. Ticket holders will receive an email link on October 2, a reminder on October 5, and again the morning of Tuesday, October 6, 2020, to watch the event on our YouTube channel. (This link allows access to watch the recording after the event if you can’t watch the premier at noon on Tuesday.) (If you miss the 10AM Oct 6 cut-off time to register and would like an opportunity to watch the event later, email Averie Clark to receive a link to the recording.)
