Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-Time Position)

You will provide essential health-related oversight, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and collaborate with a dedicated team committed to best practices in direct care and community inclusion. With ongoing training and meaningful daily impact, this role is ideal for a caring and committed LPN.
Requirements: HS diploma/GED, PA LPN license, 2 years’ experience, 21+, valid driver’s license with insurable record, reliable transportation, physical/PPD, and required background clearances.
Direct Support Professional (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions)

Senior Direct Support Professional (Full-Time Positions)

Residential Program Supervisor (Full-Time Positions)

In this rewarding leadership role, you will supervise and mentor DSP staff, ensure high-quality person-focused care, and oversee the day-to-day operations that keep the residential program running smoothly. Direct Support Professional A.I.M. (2 Full-Time Positions)
Enjoy your daily work while you make a direct and positive difference in the lives of individuals. The ideal employee in this hands-on position will ensure the safety of the individuals while teaching skills, monitoring medications, assisting with transportation, and helping clients live as independently as possible. This position also helps individuals build relationships in their community by assisting and encouraging individuals to actively engage in Community Participation activities based on their likes and interests. This is a full-time hourly position.
Minimum requirements: HS diploma/GED. Must be at least 18 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check, Act 33 and/or FBI clearances.
CNA/CMA (Full-Time Position)
The Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant is a key individual responsible for monitoring and reporting changes in the individuals’ condition to the LPN, assisting the LPN in maintaining accurate patient records, monitoring vital signs, helping the LPN with tasks, and offer support for people so they can live where they wish in the community, live a quality life and be as independent as possible. The CNA or CMA is responsible for assisting the LPN in ensuring the health and wellbeing of the individuals that Bell Socialization Services serve within the Residential Department. This includes but is not limited to helping the LPN review medical paperwork, monitoring all individuals at least monthly, and attending appointments and meetings as needed. In addition, the CNA or CMA, will assist the LPN in conjunction with other management staff, ensuring that all Residential Group homes maintain consistent compliance with all applicable state regulations set forth by the Office of Developmental Programs.
Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma/GED, current state-issued certificate and two (2) years professional experience; proficient understanding of medical terminology; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to complete physical and PPD tests. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check, Act 33 and/or FBI clearances.
Shelter Services
Resident Counselor Bell Family Shelter (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions)
Be a steady presence when families need it most. As a Resident Counselor at Bell Family Shelter, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for families experiencing homelessness as they work toward stability and a brighter future. Through compassion, encouragement, and attentiveness, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel respected, supported, and cared for during a challenging chapter of their lives.
In this role, you’ll conduct intake and exit interviews, make routine safety and security checks throughout the shelter, answer and direct incoming calls, and connect residents with appropriate support and resources. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized environment that promotes dignity and comfort. House Program Manager Bell Family Shelter (Full-Time Position)
Lead with compassion and create stability as you help families move forward. As the House Program Manager at Bell Family Shelter, you will play a vital leadership role in supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness while ensuring the shelter operates safely, smoothly, and with dignity. In this role, you will help create an environment where residents are treated with respect and supported as they work toward housing stability, independence, and long-term success.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, including maintaining accurate documentation and records, developing monthly Resident Counselor schedules to ensure coverage, and participating in on-call responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with shelter staff, community partners, and service providers to coordinate care and connect residents with essential resources. Minimum requirements: Associate degree or two (2) years human service experience and two years strong supervisory skills and knowledge of office procedures. Must be at least 21 years old. Pennsylvania State Police Background Check, ChildLine Clearance, and FBI.
Mental Health Services
Apartment Counselor CHIPP (Full-Time Position)
Make a positive difference in people’s lives when you provide direct care services to consumers in the CHIPP program. Apartment counselors monitor medications, respond to client emergencies, provide supportive counseling, assist clients with activities of daily living, complete required documentation, transport clients as necessary, and ensure client safety. This is a full-time hourly position.
Minimum requirements: one year of college credits in social science or one-year human service experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record and have reliable transportation. PA State Police background check.
Resident Counselor Launch (Part-Time Position)
Come be part of the challenging and rewarding work of a Launch Resident Counselor. By providing direct care service to consumers in a Launch group home, you will help with skills training, implement medication monitoring system, respond to client emergencies, assist clients in progress towards goals developed on their individual plans, and complete documentation. This position is responsible for overall maintenance, management, and cleanliness of the facility during the shift and will remain in the residence whenever a client is present.
Minimum requirements: one year of college credits in social science, or one-year human service experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check.
Clubhouse Generalist (Part-Time Position)
Oasis House Clubhouse is dedicated to rebuilding lives in our community. As a Clubhouse Generalist, you will play a key role in the work ordered day that promotes connection and engagement. In this role, you will support the daily functioning of the Clubhouse, including overseeing assigned work units, ensuring daily tasks and program activities are completed, and encouraging member participation in meaningful opportunities. You will provide hands-on support to members as they develop skills, build confidence, and work toward their personal goals. You will also complete the required documentation in accordance with program procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is collaborative, compassionate, and passionate about supporting individuals in a clubhouse community setting. This is a full-time salaried position.
Minimum requirements: bachelor’s degree in a social science or HS diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human services which must include one year of direct mental health experience. Applicants must have completed or will attend 12-hour psychiatric rehabilitation orientation training within one year of hire and have already completed or will attend three-week training at an International Center of Clubhouse Development (ICCD) certified training base within two years of employment, at the program coordinator’s direction.
