Generous PAID TIME OFF benefits (35 days in vacation, sick and holiday time during the first year of employment for salaried positions; 84 hours for full-time hourly positions, plus holiday bonus pay)

Tuition Reimbursement - It is our intent to encourage employees to pursue educational opportunities to enhance the mission of the agency. Bell sets aside funds each fiscal year to help reimburse qualified employees for tuition and text books. The amount of reimbursement available varies based on the total number of applicants, with a maximum of $1000 per year per person. Employee Training Opportunities
Bell offers regular trainings to educate and empower its employees. From new hire orientation to first aid training and monthly middle management meetings, employees receive support to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities, providing quality services to our consumers.
Staff, service users, and community members are encouraged to nominate Bell employees for the great work they do by filling out a nomination forms (found in the 5th floor mailroom at main Bell). Any employee who has completed their 90-day probation period in good standing is eligible.
Each month, nomination forms are reviewed and the employee who is chosen picks from a menu or rewards, receives a certificate which is presented by their supervisor and/or service director, is featured on the Bell website, on our Bell Facebook page, and in local newspapers. Employees of the Month also enjoy a “free lunch” with our Executive Director, Ike Hileman (along with other winners from that quarter), and are recognized at (and receive free admission to) Bell’s Annual Meeting.
