Tuition Reimbursement - It is our intent to encourage employees to pursue educational opportunities to enhance the mission of the agency. Bell sets aside funds each fiscal year to help reimburse qualified employees for tuition and text books. The amount of reimbursement available varies based on the total number of applicants, with a maximum of $1000 per year per person.
