Intellectual/Developmental Disability Services
Licensed Practical Nurse (2 Full-Time Positions)
Provides services and support to enable individuals with intellectual disability to live as independently as possible in a shared residential setting. Duties include ensuring client needs and licensing requirements are met, communication with others, utilization of best practices, and attending 24 hours of training per year. This is a full-time salaried position.
Minimum requirements: HS diploma/GED, current PA LPN license and two (2) years professional experience; ability to complete physical and PPD tests. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check, Act 33 and/or FBI clearances.
Direct Support Professional (Full-Time and Part-Time Positions)
Share your compassionate nature and home management skills by providing hands-on services and support to enable individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities to live as independently as possible in a shared residential setting. DSPs are responsible for carrying out all day-to-day duties necessary for the residential programs to operate smoothly. Full-time and part-time positions available throughout York and Adams Counties; second & third shifts.
Minimum requirements: must be at least 21 years old, Requires HS/GED; most require no intellectual disability experience required, some locations require one plus years’ experience; valid driver’s license for 3 years, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check, ChildLine clearance, and/or FBI clearance.
Senior Direct Support Professional (Full-Time Positions)
Share your compassionate nature and home management skills by providing “hands-on’ services and support to enable individuals with Intellectual Disabilities to live as independently as possible in a shared residential setting. Sr. DSPs are responsible for carrying out all day-to-day duties necessary for the residential programs to operate smoothly. The Sr. DSP will also be responsible to assist the Residential Program Supervisor with specific paperwork duties and tasks that must be completed within a set time frame. Full-time positions are available throughout York County.
Minimum requirements: must be at least 21 years old, Requires HS/GED; valid driver’s license for 3 years, insurable driving record and reliable transportation; current physical and Mantoux (TB) test; and ChildLine clearance and PA State Police background check.
Direct Support Professional 3rd Shift (Full-Time Positions)

DSPs are responsible for carrying out all day-to-day duties necessary for the residential programs to operate smoothly. Positions available throughout York and Adams County are full-time; second & third shift.
Minimum requirements: Must be at least 21 years old, Requires HS/GED; most require no intellectual disability experience required, some locations require one plus years’ experience; valid driver’s license for 3 years, insurable driving record and reliable transportation. Residential Program Supervisor (Full-Time Positions)
Bring your proven management skills to work where you can make a real difference! Manage one of our residential sites and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure they provide quality direct services to people with intellectual disabilities. Responsible for ensuring all day-to-day activities necessary for the site to operate properly. This is a full-time hourly position, which includes evenings and weekend hours.
Minimum requirements: HS diploma/GED and two (2) years of human service experience. Must be at least 21, possess a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) required. PA State Police background check, Act 33, and FBI clearances.
Mental Health Services
Resident Counselor Launch (Part-Tim Position)
Come be part of the challenging and rewarding work of a Launch Resident Counselor. By providing direct care service to consumers in a Launch group home, you will help with skills training, implement medication monitoring system, respond to client emergencies, assist clients in progress towards goals developed on their individual plans, and complete documentation. This position is responsible for overall maintenance, management, and cleanliness of the facility during the shift and will remain in the residence whenever a client is present. This is a full-time hourly position and part-time hourly position.
Minimum requirements: one year of college credits in social science, or one-year human service experience. Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Current physical and Mantoux (TB) test required. PA State Police background check.
Clubhouse Generalist (Full-Time Position)
The primary responsibility of the Clubhouse Generalist is to assist and participate in the functioning of the Oasis House Clubhouse, to include overseeing the assigned unit. Other responsibilities include unit-related responsibilities, such as assuring that the work for the day is completed, support service responsibilities such as providing support, training, and encouragement to members within the Clubhouse, and documentation responsibilities required by program procedures. This is full-time salaried position.
Minimum requirements: bachelor’s degree in a social science or HS diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human services which must include one year of direct mental health experience. Applicant must have completed or will attend 12-hour psychiatric rehabilitation orientation training within one year of hire and have already completed or will attend three-week training at an International Center of Clubhouse Development (ICCD) certified training base within two years of employment, at the program coordinator’s direction. Must be at least 21 years old, possess valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and have reliable transportation. PA State Police background
Case Worker Outreach Rental Counseling (Full-Time Position)
Looking for hands-on work that makes a positive impact in people’s lives? This may be the position for you This Case Worker position will be responsible for outreaching the rural areas of York County to provide rental counseling to consumers who are homeless or have low to moderate incomes. This position will offer assistance with goal setting, landlord advocacy, resource coordination, and housing assistance as needed. Because of the nature of this Program, it is essential that the Outreach Case Worker believe in the philosophy of the Agency as well as be able to develop a rapport with program participants. It is estimated that this position will spend at least 75% of the work week in the community, make contacts with potential individuals, families, and referral sources. This program operates Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-Noon, with the exception of holidays. On-call services are offered after hours.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social science or associate degree in social services and four (4) years Human Services experience; 21 (twenty-one) years old; valid driver’s license. PA State Police Background check. PA ChildLine. FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
Case Manager Next Door (Full-Time Position)
The Case Manager position is responsible for assisting consumers with housing needs and goal setting, proper preparation and maintenance of required documentation and records as well as close coordination with other services and agencies. Because of the nature of this Agency, it is essential that the Rental Assistance Case manager believe in the philosophy of the Agency as well as be able to develop a rapport with program participants. Assess individual and family housing needs and make referrals to community services. Assess children’s needs and make appropriate referrals. Facilitate the program goals of assisting residents with finding safe, affordable, and permanent housing in the community through the program. Determine which services an individual or family is eligible to receive from the program. Assist consumers with determining goals necessary for finding and maintain housing, including tenancy and budgeting skills. Provide support services to help consumers maintain their housing.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social science or associate degree in social services and four (4) years Human Services experience; 21 (twenty-one) years old; valid driver’s license. PA State Police Background check. PA ChildLine. FBI Fingerprint Clearance
