Bell opened its Next Door program in 2017 to offer basic case management services and rental assistance to adults and families in York County who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk for eviction. Next Door operates at 16 W. King Street in York City, and is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (additional hours available by appointment).

Next Door services are funded, in part, by Federal, state, county, and local governments.
The team consists of a Program Coordinator, Assistant Program Coordinator, Case Managers, and a Case Manager Assistant, all of whom are well-qualified and community connected.
