Cathy Dallas Joins Bell’s Board of Directors: A Shared Commitment to Empowerment and Community Impact


We are excited to announce that Cathy Dallas, Restaurant Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A East York, has joined Bell’s Board of Directors.

Reflecting on her connection to Bell’s mission and vision, Cathy explained, “People are at the heart of Bell’s mission and are central to my purpose. I connect deeply with providing support and empowerment to help people improve their quality of living. My personal purpose statement is to provide opportunities to as many people as possible so they can gain experiences that help them learn and grow, creating a profound, enduring, and foundational impact on their lives.”

Cathy first learned about Bell through the impactful work at Bell Family Shelter. She shared, “As a Chick-fil-A franchisee, I had the opportunity to participate in a food donation program, Shared Table. I was excited to reduce waste and utilize food that we prepared with care to serve our community.”

“I have been impressed by the work at Bell Family Shelter. The staff and work they do have such an impact on our community. It is a caring and committed group of people, and I could not be prouder to be associated with them,” Cathy joyfully added. “The people at Bell are simply amazing!”
With extensive experience in Human Resources and over 11 years as a business owner, Cathy said, “I hope to draw on my experiences in Human Resources, sales, and service to assist Bell in any way I can.”
