Celebrating Leadership and Compassion: Luce Aponte Receives the Ivan G. Hileman Award

Congratulations to Luce Aponte! Luce began her journey with Bell in 2001. Rising to the role of Residential Program Supervisor, she has become an exemplary leader. She dedicates much of her time to training and mentoring newer supervisors, demonstrating how to lead with compassion and excellence. Her advocacy for the individuals in the residential program reflects her deep commitment to Bell’s mission.
In the past, Luce has won a National Direct Support Professional award out of hundreds of nominations. Today, we proudly celebrate Luce for receiving the Ivan G. Hileman Award for her dedication to the agency, her team, and the individuals she deeply cares for. Thank you, Luce, for your remarkable leadership and heart!
