Basket Raffle for Beach Trip – winners announced!
As crocus flowers push up through the moist soil from last week’s snowfall, staff and service users of Bell’s CHIPP assisted living program are already thinking ahead to summer and the program’s annual beach trip.
As one fundraiser for the trip, program coordinator and assistant coordinator, Cheyanne Skelton and Ashlynn Lovett, put together two lovely gift boxes, a Self-Care box and a Sweetheart box. Hopeful friends and co-workers purchased tickets for a chance to win, raising funds toward this year’s beach trip, which will happen in June.
Winners of the gift boxes were announced on Friday: Tanika Colson, York County MH/IDD (self-care) and Janel Fox, Bell’s outreach coordinator (sweetheart).

Individuals who attended the beach trip last year – supported through program fundraisers and sponsorships from R.L. Livingston and Krouse Travel – reported they enjoyed a very relaxing and much-needed reset.
