Congratulations to Kalie Stroup on receiving the Pauline Whitacre Award! Through her generosity, leadership, and commitment to Oasis House Clubhouse, Kalie strengthens the program and creates valuable opportunities for members.
As Chair of the Oasis House Clubhouse Advisory Board, Kalie’s service extends far beyond her leadership role. As Lori Leister shared, “Kalie was nominated in recognition of her time, dedication, and ongoing support she provides to Oasis House. She consistently goes above and beyond.”
Kalie is always willing to lend a hand. “All year long, she generously donates her time and resources to assist with events, including making donations and helping with planning. She uses her skills and expertise to help the Clubhouse improve and grow in new ways.”
Behind the scenes, Kalie played an instrumental role in developing a more efficient system to track the statistics and information needed for the Clubhouse’s annual Profile Questionnaire, as well as other program and reporting needs. Her efforts strengthen the processes that keep Oasis House running smoothly and support its growth in the coming years.
Kalie also draws on her professional connections to help create opportunities for members to pursue their goals and enrich their lives. Through one of these connections, Oasis House established a new Transitional Employment Partnership, opening another pathway for Clubhouse members to gain valuable work experience and acquire new skills.
As Lori explained, “Her service reflects a genuine dedication and passion for the success of Oasis House Clubhouse.”
