We’re excited to shine a spotlight on Alicia, Day Program Supervisor at Bell’s AIM Program, as the latest recipient of our Outstanding Performance Award (OPA)! Alicia’s dedication, creativity, and unwavering commitment to the individuals and staff she supports have earned her this well-deserved recognition.

Missy Raup, Bell’s Incident/Risk Quality Manager, shared her admiration for Alicia, saying, “Alicia goes above and beyond for the individuals and staff in her program. Her heart is in everything she does. She selflessly takes on tasks in her own time to benefit the individuals and the program.”

Alicia is also known for her artistic talents, creating vibrant and seasonally themed bulletin boards that brighten the AIM Program space. She even invites individuals to contribute to the artwork, ensuring they feel included and celebrated. “Her compassion shines in every interaction—with staff and individuals alike,” Missy added. “Alicia strives to provide the most caring, creative, and fun-loving environment, always focused on giving the individuals the best possible experience at AIM. She is open to suggestions and guidance, demonstrating her commitment to being the best version of herself. Alicia is truly an asset to the Bell team.”
