A Week of Love Supports Bell Family Shelter

The Russell and Eleanor Horn Foundation supports Bell through Adopt-a-Day gifts that cover the cost to run Bell Family Shelter for seven full days. We’re commemorating their generosity by designating the week of Valentine’s Day as their week, which this year is February 11 – 17.

For more than 20 years, the Horn Foundation has empowered life-changing impact, helping the Shelter’s mission-focused, caring staff to help York County families regain and maintain independent living. Within the Shelter walls, families find rest, resources and hope for a brighter tomorrow that ripples out into our shared community.

An Adopt-a-Day donation covers one day’s operating costs ($1,350) at Bell Family Shelter, assuring a safe place to sleep, nutritious meals, and compassionate staff to help York County families experiencing homelessness tonight — a gesture of generosity that will lift up families to a better tomorrow.
