Bell Socialization Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the selection of Leigh Ann Wilson of MANTEC, and Annette Hose of Fulton Financial Advisors to Bell’s Board of Directors in late 2019.

Seeking a fresh perspective and opportunities to use her passion and “stretch my knowledge and connections in the community,” Wilson chose Bell because it was a United Way partner agency.

Wilson is looking forward to learning more about the diversity of the programs offered through Bell.

As a Director of Marketing and Business Development, she provides “strategic planning and direction for creating and executing marketing and public relations activities to position the organization in the region. In addition, I am responsible for identification of new business opportunities for MANTEC Business Advisors.”

Leigh Ann and her husband Matt are Tocqueville Members with the United Way of York County. Their children, Nolan and Odette are encouraged to participate in volunteering and making small donations. Wilson is a member of and current secretary for the York Symphony Chorus and enjoys baking.

Believing in volunteering and giving back to the community is part of the reason Annette decided to join the Bell Board. She feels that “support of the organization’s mission can help in the quality of life for people in need.”

Introduced to Bell a year prior to joining the Board, Hose worked with a team of coworkers from Fulton Financial Advisors on a service project to gather wish list items and assemble health care supply kits.

Annette is looking to learn how far Bell programs reach and the impact those programs make in improving lives. Hose has served on the board of The Arc of York County, Child Care Consultants and served on the Allocations Panel for United Way. Currently, she volunteers for Junior Achievement which provides financial literacy programs for students in South Central PA.

As a financial advisor, Annette assists clients with designing and administering retirement plan benefits for their employees; she also assists clients’ employee base by educating them in retirement planning.

Annette is a life-long York County resident, where she lives with her husband. As the years of enjoying and watching her adult children’s activities have passed, she finds herself trying to give back to the community.
