Bell’s ACT Team Welcomes New Program Coordinator


Anne K. Elliott has been hired as the Program Coordinator/Team Lead for Bell’s Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in the agency’s mental health department.

In her new role at Bell, Elliott will be supervising and overseeing the daily functions of the ACT program, which provides rehabilitative support and psycho-social services to help people living with serious mental illness. Using a proactive, client-centered approach, the mobile outreach-oriented team delivers services in the person’s home and/or workplace.

Ann earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University in Phoenix, AZ. She most recently worked at WellSpan Philhaven where she served as an Allied Mental Health Professional in Triage and Adult Day Hospital.  She currently resides in Hershey with her family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending high school football and basketball games to watch her oldest cheer, watching movies, and updating a recently purchased home.
